Valentine's Banquet
Our annual Valentine’s Banquet will be held on Saturday, February 13. As usual we will have three seating times to help accommodate all of our busy schedules...5 pm, 6:30 pm, and 8 pm. If you have not yet gotten your tickets please do so—they are only $15 per person and proceeds go toward offsetting costs for our upcoming Youth outings.
The menu is a little different this year...but, as you already know, it will be delicious. You have a choice between turkey tenderloins and a thick and tasty pork chop both with all the fixins! There will be something for all to enjoy.
Mike Ham is heading up our entertainment aspect. I hope all our gifted singers, speakers, musicians, etc. will give of themselves to make our Valentine’s Banquet even more enjoyable. Just contact Mike and he’ll get you scheduled.
Fellowship like this is part of God’s blessings to us...I look forward to being with you during this time of fellowship, food, and fun!
It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Choir, you have ensured us It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year! With your joy, talent, and willingness to lead us in worship every Sunday we are truly blessed! On December 20th we have been especially blessed during our Christmas Cantata.
This message in song and drama “touched” the lives of all who were present! Your practices, rehearsals, and commitment shown through as again you ministered to us and brought us closer to the One whose birthday we celebrate during Christmas.
I’ve said it before...you are the best choir and we are so thankful we get to hear you every week!

Homecoming...A Special Thanks!
Our guest speaker (Rev. Jack Sauls) and his wife (Linda) commented numerous times how wonderful our Homecoming Service was and I agree 100%! Thank-you for your help in organizing, setting up, preparing, serving, cleaning up, and making our 55th Homecoming a great event for worship, fellowship, remembrance, and celebration! Y’all did great!

Ladies’ Tea 2009
From what I heard it was a great success! For all those who helped out ...thank-you! For all who were able to come out...thank-you! Both our speaker (Stephanie) and our singer (Jane) went on and on about the love and sweet fellowship within our church...it’s not hard to see! Thank-you for going “all out” to encourage each other and to make this event something special!
